Meet Our Staff!

|
Nearly all of our instructors here at Ultimate Potential Fitness
have another day job. Some are teachers, some are university students,
and others are professionals in physical/occupational therapy, fitness, or dance.
Each employee is highly qualified, well trained, and enthusiastic about your
kids!

Heather Cooley, Program Manager
Heather is originally from St. Louis and earned her bachelor of arts degree with
a major in dance from Lindenwood University. Dance has been a focus in Heather’s
life since she was a small child. Her experiences include studying at the Performing
Arts Center of St. Charles, performing for Sesame Street Live for two years, and
serving as a studio instructor for the last four years. |

Ashley Quinn, Summer Camp Coordinator
Ashley will return in 2010 for her third summer as UPF camp coordinator. She holds a
bachelor's degree in elementary education and currently works as a teacher's assistant
in the Parkway School District. Ashley was a performer in all disciplines of dance for
nineteen years. She was on her high school and college dance teams, and studied dance at
Lindenwood University and Indiana University Bloomington. She was the assistant coach of
the Hazelwood West Pridettes for two years and now teaches dance classes through the Parkway
School District. |

Rachael Wilson, Class Instructor
Rachael is from St. Charles and is pursuing a Master’s degree in professional
counseling from Lindenwood University. She has participated in numerous sports
competitively at both the high school and collegiate level. She participated
in cheerleading for three years. Rachael loves working with children and also works
as a nanny for two young children. |

Hannah Leigh, Class Instructor
Hannah is from St. Louis and has participated in musical theatre productions
since she was a young child. She has taken formal acting and dance classes and
has gained much dance experience through her participation in musical theatre. Hannah is
trained to teach a variety of UPF classes including fitness, yoga, dance and cheerleading.
Hannah hopes to enter a career in fashion design. |

Susan Unger, Summer Camp Instructor
Susan is originally from St. Louis and is pursuing her Master’s degree in
occupational therapy from Saint Louis University. She has danced competitively for
thirteen years, including participating on her high school dance team for four years.
She volunteers at Ranken Jordan Pediatric Hospital and teaches fitness and swimming to
children with developmental disabilities at her local YMCA. Sue was a 2009 UPF fall class
instructor and will return in the summer of 2010 as a camp insructor. |

Rachel Renna, Summer Camp Director
Rachel is originally from St. Louis and attends the University of
Missouri St. Louis as a secondary education major. Her dance and cheer
experience includes serving as a cheerleader for four years, as a member of her high
school’s dance team, and as a NCA certified coach. Rachel is involved in coordinating the
annual UMSL Cheer Classic and will be a second year UPF for Kids camp director in the summer
of 2010. |

Laura Eilers, Marketing & Communication
Laura resides in Richmond, Va. and is the former program manager for UPF.
Originally from Lee’s Summit, Mo., she is a graduate of William
Jewell College with a degree in mass communication. She has extensive dance
experience, including serving as a St Louis Rams Cheerleader for one year, a Kansas City
Chiefs Cheerleader for five years, a Universal Dance Association staff member for four years,
and a member of William Jewell’s dance team for four years. She is an NASM certified
personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Laura has served in communication departments
for the Richmond Raiders Indoor Pro Football Team, AthletixNation Inc, VML Inc and
Benedictine College. |

Valerie Silberman, Class Instructor
Valerie is certified in personal training, secondary group fitness and turbokickboxing. She was
a dancer during her childhood and a high school cheerleader. She has worked as an elementary
school counselor and camp director. A graduate of Webster Groves High School, Valerie received a
bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's of education in counseling.from Virginia
Commmonwealth University in Richmond, Va.

Matt Beegle, Class Instructor
Matt joined UPF in the fall of 2009 to develop the KidFit Boot Camp program. As he is completing
a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership at Maryville University, Matt
is involved in the campus ROTC Leaders Training Course. He is an experienced university fitness
instructor in kickboxing and sphere sculpt. A graduate of Webster Groves High School, Matt's
career goal is to become an Army officer and enter medical school.

Aundrea Palmer, Class Instructor
Aundrea has danced for over 15 years and is a 2009-2010 St Louis Rams Cheerleader.
A graduate of Valle Catholic High School, Aundrea worked as a preschool instructor for
over two years and spent a semester as the kindergarten assistant. Aundrea
is pursuing a bachelor's degree in early childhood education at St. Louis Community
College-Meramec.

Elizabeth Milbourn, Class Instructor
Elizabeth resides in Clayton, Mo. and is a mother. She has a bachelor of arts in English
and secondary education from Augustana College in Rock Island, Il.
Her experience includes teaching junior high English and volunteering with after
school elementary programs. She has a true passion for fitness and healthy living, and
is currently pursuing certification to become a personal trainer.

Linda Walters, Class Instructor
A resident of Wentzville, Mo., Linda is a mother and is currently pursuing a Master's in
education as well as certification in health and physical fitness education. After
graduating from McCluer High School, she received a bachelor of science in kinesiology and
health education from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. Linda has held several
health-related positions including research patient coordinator at Washington University
School of Medicine. In her free time, Linda enjoys taking fitness and yoga classes.

Liz Clines, Class Instructor
Liz resides in Edwardsville, Il. and has several years of cheerleading and dance experience.
After graduating from St. Joseph High School, Liz danced at Parkland Community College,
where her team placed eight in the nation in hip hop. She has coached youth dance camps and
teams and has participated in the Big Brothers Big Sister Organization.

Carys Guy, Class Instructor
Originally from London, England, Carys now resides in Creve Coeur. She holds degrees in business
administration, marketing, education and the French language. She has studied ballet, tap, and
jazz for over 10 years and holds certification in yoga instruction. Carys enjoys aerobics, weight
training, circuits and the P90X fitness program. With experience volunteering at local elementary schools
and early childhood centers, as well as raising her two children, she enjoys promoting fitness
in the lives of children through UPF. |

Miranda Miller, Class Instructor
A resident of High Ridge, Mo., Miranda is a certified dance and gymnastics instructor,
with experience leading a wide variety of ages for over five years.
She received a bachelor's of fine arts degree in dance from Webster University before
spending several months in Branson, Mo. as an entertainer. Miranda has also served as a
performer for the Opera Theatre of St. Louis.

Ashley Moore, Class Instructor
Ashley is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in general
studies and emphasis in exercise science. She has several years of experience working with
children in a variety of capacities, including grade school tutoring and childhood management
positions with a local fitness center and school district. In high school, Ashley was a member
of varsity cheerleading and marching band.

Andrea Demers, Class Instructor
Originally from Averill Park, New York, Andrea is completing her bachelor of arts in
psychology and women's studies at Webster University. She has coached cheerleading and
soccer, while also taking classes in yoga, hip hop dance and drama. Andrea has volunteered
time in day cares and performed elementary school internships. She is excited to offer
a healthy choice for kids through UPF programs!

Anastasia Crowder, Class Instructor
Anastasia resides in St. Louis and attended Incarnate Word Academy, where she was on the
poms squad. She is completing her degree in general studies from St. Louis Community
College. She has studied dance at COCA, City Studios and Walle Rapp Cheer. Her work
experience includes coaching cheerleading at CBC and volunteering with grade schools.
Anastasia enjoys supporting local sports as a Blue Crew Member with the St. Louis Blues
hockey team.
