      After School Programs


      KidFit Yoga
      This unique program develops body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination. Promote relaxation, focus and physical fitness through breathing techniques with soothing music. Learn traditional and fun kid-specific yoga poses. Play concentration games like yoga bingo and yoga matching. Apply yoga techniques into daily lives during the Peace Circle, including discussions about good health, positive thoughts and social interaction. The final Yoga Show invites parents to participate in family yoga. Participants must supply mat or large towel. Also available as KidFit Mini Yoga for ages 3-5!
      Ages: 5-12 Length: 1 hour per week, 6 or 8 weeks

      Dance and Cheer All Stars
      Love to DANCE? Love to CHEER? Kids 5-12, you must come HERE! Jump, kick, twirl, and twist as you learn the FUNdamentals of dance and cheer. Show your spirit through chants, cheers and crafts. Pump the crowd with show-stopping performances of hip hop and pom-pon routines! Learn the hottest dance moves taught by experienced instructors to music you love! Dance and Cheer camp is perfect for kids who love to groove! Also available as Petite Poms for ages 3-5!
      Ages: 5-12 Length: 1 hour per week, 6 or 8 weeks

      KidFit Boot Camp
      Attention! Right face directly to this energetic, fun class that teaches boys and girls the important principles of nutrition, fitness and discipline. Created by Army ROTC instructors and based on the principles of ACE Fitness, KidFit Boot Camp teaches team work, boosts self-esteem, and incorporates a variety of military-based fitness skills like cadence marches, drill downs, flexibility training, plyometrics, and team challenges. Showcase your favorite techniques and chants during the final presentation for family and friends! T-shirt included in camps.
      Ages: 5-12 Length: 1 hour per week, 6 or 8 weeks

      Grade School Musical
      Do you love High School Musical? Now you can star in your own Grade School Musical! Girls, dazzle and dance like Sharpay, Gabriella, or Taylor. Guys show off those smooth Hip Hop moves like Ryan or be a star like Troy. No auditions necessary. We have an open call to all kids ages 5-12 to become the star. Dance to the music of High School Musical while learning hip hop steps in lock 'n pop combinations. Create your own grade school musical in your style! You don't want to miss out on this camp... a fantastic fusion of dance and drama!
      Ages: 5-12 Length: 1 hour per week, 6 or 8 weeks

      Petite Poms
      For dance and cheer superstars ages 3-5, this clinic will have you giggling and wiggling all day long! Sing along songs, spirit games, simple pom-pon routines, and cheers comprise this action packed clinic. There will be a performance for family and friends on the last day of class. Parents are welcome to stay and watch, but are not required to do so.
      Ages: 3-5 Length: 1 hour per week, 6 weeks
